Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete data that the Agency OS software (AOS) received from Facebook or Instagram.

If you connected Facebook or Instagram to AOS

1. In AOS, open Settings, then Integrations, then Meta, and choose Disconnect. This stops our access and deletes the access tokens we hold. Data from the disconnected accounts is deleted within 30 days.
2. You can also remove Agency OS in Facebook: open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, find Agency OS and remove it. This stops our access. To make sure we also delete the data we already hold, email us as described below.

If you’d rather ask us

Email info@agency-os.ai with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the Facebook or Instagram account, or the Page, the request is about. We confirm we received it within 5 business days, give you a confirmation code you can use to check its status, and finish within 30 days. If we have to refuse any part of a request, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we explain why.

If you messaged a business or filled in its form, and that business uses AOS

We hold that data on behalf of the business. Contact the business first. You can also email us, and we will pass your request to the business and help it complete it.

What we delete and what we keep

What we delete: the access tokens, and the Page, Instagram, ad, lead and message data received from Meta for that connection.

What we may keep: records the law requires (such as billing records), and our permanent activity history. That history references people by internal ID, not names, contact details or message text.
