The brief

Make it feel like a session with Jim.

From Jim Curtis, author of The Book of Possibility (Simon & Schuster): a method, not a library of calming audio. His three steps, Release, Align, Become, in his own words, for whatever a person brings tonight, on the phone in their hand or the laptop on their desk, and opened by the book itself.

A coach who answers in his voice.

Talk to Jim is an AI coach built on his method. It remembers what you are working on and builds a personal session for the moment you are in.

The right session at the right hour.

Mornings and Evenings put a short practice in front of you when it will land: one to begin the day, one to let it go.

The book opens the app.

Any edition of the book unlocks a welcome from Jim and six reader-only sessions, for life. An email is the key.

The hypno-meditations, the guided experiences, and the ability to come into the app with something specific you’re working through make it feel very personal rather than one-size-fits-all.

I’m a Hypnotherapist and I’ve so needed this too. I think this is absolutely brilliant.

Why it matters

What you do best can reach more people than your calendar.

Jim Curtis coached one person at a time; now his method reaches everyone who opens the app. If your best work is limited by your own hours, tell us what it is. You leave with a clear next step, and within two days a one-page note that is yours to keep.

Thirty minutes. A real person, every time.
