These terms govern your use of agency-os.ai and how engagements with Agency OS work. Plain language on purpose.

## The site

Content on this site is provided as-is for information. It is not professional advice for your specific situation until we are engaged and say so in writing.

## Engagements

- Every engagement is scoped in writing — deliverables, timeline, and price — before work begins.
- Unless the engagement agreement says otherwise, full IP in the delivered work transfers to you at completion of payment.
- Thirty days of post-launch support are included in build engagements as described in the engagement agreement.

## SMS terms & conditions

By opting in to SMS from Agency OS you agree to the following. We offer two message programs, each with its own independent consent: **service messages** (appointment confirmations, project updates, service notifications) and **marketing messages** (offers, announcements, case studies).

- **Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Agency OS.**
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Reply **STOP** to cancel at any time; reply **START** to resume; reply **HELP** for help, or contact [info@agency-os.ai](mailto:info@agency-os.ai) or [(319) 409-6747](tel:+13194096747).
- Mobile information and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing; see the [Privacy Policy](/privacy/).
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

## Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency OS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Engagement-specific liability terms live in the engagement agreement.
