Who we are

## Three careers, *one firm.*

**Justin Sloan** has spent more than 20 years building businesses: a cell phone retail chain, a real estate business and a group of ten restaurants. Along the way he helped grow one brand from about 20 locations to more than 100. He knows the numbers owners live with: payroll, costs, rent and the hours after close. He holds every engagement to its numbers.

**Eric Yerke** designs and builds what owners and their teams touch every day, from websites to apps on both app stores. He makes sure what you say is what gets built.

**Dr. James Vineburgh** turns data into decisions leaders act on. For one client he cut a proposal process from two or three weeks to about an hour, at the same quality. After handover, he keeps your systems running.

All three of us have owned and run businesses of our own, so we judge every idea the way you would: by what it does for the business.

Engineer

Writes the software and runs the IT infrastructure for systems that cannot go down. He built his own PHP framework from scratch.

Operations

Runs operations and project management for the engineering team, so every build stays on schedule. Trained as a civil engineer.

## Work that is *still working.*

1. 2018

  ### An inquiry system that still answers.

  Built by the partners for Kalamazoo College, it has answered prospective students since 2018.

  ### Agency OS opens.

  It starts with websites and the systems behind them.
3. 2026

  ### An app on both stores.

  The Possibility, a coaching app the partners designed and built, launches on the App Store and Google Play.
4. 2026

  ### Three partners, one standard.

  Justin Sloan joins Eric and James, pairing an owner’s judgment with the people who build.
